Noble Plastics is a custom injection molder of performance plastic parts in Lafayette, Louisiana. President Missy Rogers and her husband Scott, both professional mechanical engineers, incorporated the company in October of 2000.Missy Rogers knew from years of field experience that there was a market for custom injection molders in the south. Having decided to make the plunge and go into business for herself, Rogers gave serious thought about what business values and ethics were important to her and ultimately her company. Rogers wanted to provide a service of outstanding quality, which was priced fair and honest, and to provide a work atmosphere that was supportive and enjoyable. All in all she wanted her business to hold and aim for high ideals, hence the name Noble Plastics.When Noble first opened its doors, Rogers was the sole employee with one machine, a brand new Van Dorn 80-ton vertical injection-molding machine.
